2 Cups White Wings Flour Tortilla Mix.1/2 cup Warm water.Preheat griddle to 400-425°F. Add warm water to tortilla mix in a large bowl. Mix well. Knead for about 5 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic. If dough appears sticky, add a little more mix. Cover dough with a damp cloth and let rest 15 minutes. Divide dough into 8 portions. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cook 1/2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.Makes: 8 Tortillas.
